Number of Positions
A minimum of 2-3 years of office administration experience is required.
A high school diploma or an equivalent is required. A diploma in Business Administration or other relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset.
Demonstrated organizational and attention to detail skills are critical to the success of this role.
Strong customer orientation and the ability to communicate professionally (via phone, verbal and written) with internal and external customers is required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Online.
Must have a demonstrated ability to set priorities, take initiative and work independently.
Proficient in English verbal and written & French language considered an asset.
