Spring Employees: (May-August 2026)
The Spring employees will be working with the Full-time employees to facilitate programming and outdoor education to our Spring groups, as well as helping in the planning and facilitation for Summer Camp. Once camp has started, these employees will be Activity + Group leaders for the duration of camp.

• Responsible for ensuring activities are set up daily and deliver programming as assigned by the Programming Coordinator.
• Responsible for the supervision of Campers from arrival to departure, ensuring their safety and well‐being.
• Daily records of equipment use and safety checks.
• Supporting the operations team in odd jobs and daily cleaning responsibilities.

• Lifeguards are required to ensure the safety of campers and other users in our Pool and our Lake.
• Responsible to supervise both the pool and waterfront (canoeing/kayaking only), oversee chemical testing in the pool and instructing the lake activities, as well as care of the facilities and equipment.
• Supporting the operations team in odd jobs and daily cleaning responsibilities.

• Previous experience working with children and youth.
• Previous camp experience, an asset.
• Current Emergency First Aid + CPR C and AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• If 18 years of age or older, you must complete a Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Populations and Child Abuse Registry prior to start date.
• If under 18 years of age, you must complete a Child Abuse Registry Check prior to start date.
• Relevant certifications in outdoor activities, an asset.
• Love of the outdoors and respect for nature.
• Willingness to adhere to our Mission, Vision, and Values of True North Sports + Entertainment.
• Maintain a respectful environment for all participants and employees.

All positions will be within the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday with weekend, evenings required/available.

Spring/Summer position start dates will vary based on position. 

Successful candidates will be required to participate in mandatory training. Training for all employees will be held on April 12th, June 26th, 29th and 30th, 2026. Additional optional training for spring employees over the age of 18 who are interested in climbing wall and zipline will be held on April 27th, 2026.
