· Previous Customer Service experience is required

· Experience or familiarity in Agricultural manufacturing or equipment would be a strong asset

· Strong communication skills, ability to communicate professionally and clearly with customers via email, telephone, teams meeting and/or in person (English)

· Highly organized – ability to handle multiple issues / claims at a time, prioritize tasks appropriately and track progress on all claims.

· Mechanically inclined and/or interested in knowing how things operate

· Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook

· Problem solver who can triage situations and come up with quick, yet efficient solutions to resolve concerns / issues to keep customer satisfaction

· Ability to work in office 5 days a week – office environment
