Job Duties

· Ensure high-quality food service

· Ensure promptness, freshness, and quality of all food, and place prepped food in desired containers with labels and dates.

· Follow recipes & menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

· Modify recipes to meet the needs and requests of students and staff

· Establish and oversee daily and semi-annual scheduled cleaning duties

· Check freshness of food, rotate stock and discard out-of-date items

· Perform duties as needed to facilitate the culinary service operation

· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
