he Site Maintenance Technician is someone who:
• Has strong communication skills and is able to interact with various teams and visitors of The Forks.
• Has excellent time management skills and pays close attention to detail.
• Demonstrates strong problem solving abilities and is able to resolve issues quickly.
• Is able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Is capable of working outdoors, in a variety of extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold temperatures,
snow, and rain.
• Has a valid driver’s license.
• Is proficient in heavy equipment operation, such as ice resurfacers, skid steers, tractors, cargo bikes, power
tools, and 2-stroke engines.
The Site Maintenance Technician will assist in:
• Daily site checks, including documenting site hazards.
• Maintenance tasks, such as turf management, skate trail maintenance, waste collection, encampment cleanup,
and snow clearing.
• Monitoring site related supply inventories and communicate needs to the site supervisor.
• Supporting with the setup of the patio, including rearranging furniture, sweeping, pressure washing, etc.
