All our entry-level workers are trained in both light and heavy grinding. Grinders put the finishing touches on our products before being shipped to our customers. Utility Persons will perform various tasks such as digging, housekeeping, act as an assist and/or helper, etc. The ideal candidate must have ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs. repetitive tasks). The position is full-time, 8hr shift with the schedule running from Monday to Friday. There is a 3-shift rotation that requires all employees to rotate into the next shift every two (2) weeks.
