Essential Qualifications:
•       College Diploma or bachelor’s degree
•       Portfolio of handcrafted products

Essential Skills:
•       Minimum 2 years of experience handcrafting custom diamond painting pens or similar resin-based craft items.
•       Experience with resin casting, shaping, sanding, polishing, and decorative finishing.
•       Ability to develop original handcrafted designs based on client preferences.
•       Experience using hand tools and small-scale craft equipment for custom production, such as lathe, drill press, sander and buffers.
•       Strong attention to artistic detail, finish quality, and craftsmanship
•       1+ year of experience managing sales records, invoices and payments of craft products
