What We Ask of Participants

Success is built through partnership.

It is crucial to the success of our organization for participants to provide updates on progress towards their goals, and inform us of any changes in their ability to engage in our program.

This information allows us to offer relevant supports and accurately measure program outcomes, which ensures we can continue offering our services to the community.

This means it is important you inform us of:

    • Changes to your employment, education, or training status.
    • If you begin accessing services through another agency, organization, or support program.
    • You are otherwise no longer interested in accessing services through our program.

As a participant at YES Manitoba, we also ask that you:

    • Attend scheduled appointments or notify us if you need to reschedule.
    • Actively participate in developing and working toward your goals.
    • Stay in contact with your Employment Facilitator.
    • Inform us of changes to your contact information, including your phone number, email address, or mailing address.
    • Any changes related to health, personal circumstances or other challenges that may impact employment or training opportunities.

Regular communication helps us ensure that your service plan remains relevant, responsive, and aligned with your goals.
