Ongoing Support

As you progress through the program, your Employment Facilitator will continue to check in, celebrate achievements, help address new challenges, and adjust your service plan as needed. Whether you are searching for employment, returning to school, completing training, or exploring your next steps, we are committed to supporting your success.

Even after you achieve your goals, we may follow up periodically to learn about your progress and determine whether additional support or resources may be helpful.

At YES Manitoba, we believe every young person has strengths, potential, and a unique path forward. Our role is to help you navigate that path, access opportunities, and build a foundation for long-term success.

Celebrating Your Success

One of the most rewarding parts of our work is hearing about the successes youth achieve as they move forward in their employment, education, and personal goals.

Whether you have found a job, returned to school, completed training, secured housing, improved your stability, or reached another important milestone, we would love to hear about it.

Success can happen in many ways, and every achievement matters. Even if your connection with YES Manitoba was brief, your experience and accomplishments help us understand the impact of our services and celebrate the progress you have made.
