KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Master the Certified Robotics Workshop Facilitator program
Teach in tandem with other team members
Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning
Modify instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse students’ needs, when necessary
Develop communication skills and higher-order thinking through suitable assignments
Contribute to the selection and development of instructional materials in accordance with course objectives
Be responsible for participants’ safety and well-being at all times
Maintain good communication with participants, community staff, and FPDI
Serve as a positive role model and create an enjoyable, inclusive learning space Exercise care and stewardship over workshop facilities and equipment
Motivate participants to learn and explore how technology can impact their futures
Promote the program to schools, community clubs, and employment/training departments

REQUIREMENTS
Valid Criminal Record Check – paid for by FPDI
Valid Child Abuse Registry Check – paid for by FPDI
Travel required to different communities across Manitoba
Prior experience or education in teaching or workshop facilitation
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
