WHAT YOU’LL DO

Perform all night audit accounting tasks, including: reconciling deposits, resolving account chargebacks and producing reports.
Ensure the security of the premises during the night, which means knowing how to make important decisions in the event of an emergency.
Check-in and check-out guests, verify and detail them, and ensure that internal activities run smoothly, so that communication with the next morning’s work team and colleagues in other departments always runs smoothly.
Perform all other tasks related to the Guest Services department.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Minimum12 months of experience as a Night Auditor in the hospitality industry
Knowledge of Opera Cloud
Ability to handle unexpected situations creatively and professionally
Autonomy, sense of organization, responsibility, and initiative – essential
Fluid oral and written communication
Positive and trustworthy attitude

30-40 hours per week. Schedule : 11 PM to 7 AM but can also include day, evening and weekend shifts.
