Term of Employment: Permanent Position, 40 hours per week – Overtime Available
Location of Work: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Language Requirements: English

Responsibilities
–       Prepare dough by weighing and measuring ingredient following baking recipes
–       Mix, knead and shape dough to create various types of baking products
–       Bake mixed dough by operating baking equipment and closely monitoring baking temperatures
–       Inspect and ensure baking products meet quality standards
–       Interact with customers in a professional manner providing information about baking products
–       Monitor and report ingredient and packaging materials to management
–       Maintain a clean baking area, adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines
Qualifications
–       Minimum high school diploma
–       Proven 2 years of commercial baking experience
–       Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes considered an asset
–       Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
–       Physical ability to lift up to and carry 50lbs
–       Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
–       Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
–       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
–       Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
