Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or a professional HR certification is an asset.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a retail or apparel organization.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support business goals and enhance organizational culture.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal frameworks in Canada and the US.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Passionate about FXR Racing’s products and customers.
